In business as well as in private surroundings conflict situations arise from time to time. These conflicts put a strain on all involved parties, consume energy and make daily contact difficult. Mediation can offer a way out!
During a mediation process the participants describe their personal view of things. Together we clarify the underlying reasons which lead to the conflict. This is no intense psycho-analysis but instead the conversation helps the participants to name what is important for them in the relevant situation. Afterwards, the participants find ideas how to solve the conflict and work out details how they wish to proceed and interact in the matter.
My role as mediator is to accompany the process and provide the structure of the conversation. As a result of the mediation the pressure on the involved parties is reduced and a solution outside the well-known positions emerges which covers everyones' interests.
